Emiyo IT & Finance GmbH develops, operates and distributes FHT24 as a technical SaaS platform. It is neither a taxi nor a private-hire company and does not provide its own passenger transport services through fht24.com.
The transfer company appearing on its own domain is solely responsible for transport offers, prices and carrying out each journey. That company becomes the passenger’s contracting party for transport. Providing technical booking, payment and communication functions does not make Emiyo IT & Finance GmbH the provider of the respective transport service.
